HostPen is a web-based SaaS platform that provides AI-powered writing tools for short-term rental hosts. The Service includes tools for generating guest reviews, listing descriptions, check-in messages, complaint responses, and review replies. All content is generated using the Anthropic Claude API.

3. Account Registration

To access the full Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years of age to register.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

HostPen offers the following monthly subscription plans:

• Starter — $49/month: 100 AI generations per month, access to all 5 tools.
• Pro — $79/month: Unlimited AI generations, priority processing, premium theme unlocks.

All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis unless cancelled. You will be charged on the same date each month as your initial purchase.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at . Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then.

We offer a refund within 7 days of your first payment if you are not satisfied with the Service. Refund requests after 7 days are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact to request a refund.

• Generate content that is false, deceptive, or misleading to guests or platforms.

HostPen uses artificial intelligence to generate written content. While we strive for quality and relevance, we do not guarantee the accuracy, suitability, or completeness of any generated output. You are solely responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to use any AI-generated content before publishing it anywhere.

The HostPen platform, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of HostPen. Content you generate using the Service is yours to use freely. You grant HostPen no rights over your generated content.
